Ketchup, but fancyyy! If you haven’t heard of yuzu before allow me to introduce you to this delightful zesty lil japanese fruit that looks kind of like a grapefruit/lemon. Flavor wise its zesty sour and tart...adds acidity and freshness and just seriously so tasty! I love a yuzu hot sauce from trader joes ITS THE BOMB!

Ingredients

2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons yuzu sauce
