Vegan Caprese Salad

For this recipie, I use my own batch of vegan moxerella and zesty basil pesto

Cut tomato and vegan moxerella into thin slices.

Layer your vegan moxerella, basil, and tomato according to your preference. Add a dollop of zesty basil pesto and bon appétit!

Generously drizzle some great quality Extra Virgin Olive oil

Note
Substitutions: If you’re in the US you can use Miyokos mozzarella.
