Sweet & Sour Sriracha Crispy Potatoes

Boil a pot of water

Pre-heat oven to 450F

Cut & boil the potatoes 8-10 minutes (until you can stick a fork through them)

Mix all ingredients for sauce together

Add 1 tablespoon cornstarch & water to a small bowl & mix

Pour cornstarch/water mixture into the sauce mix
-
Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch over the potatoes & bake for 20 minutes

Heat the sauce up in a saucepan until it thickens

Once the potatoes are crispy, coat them in the sauce
