Spiced Avocado Toast

Description
You know that joy when you get the perfect avocado, that cuts just right, smashes easily and has the creamiest texture..THAT JOY IS UNMATHCED 😂 but then imagine you step up your avo toast game and add in some spices..oooooh you are in for a treat!! My first ayurveda teacher Divya Altar has theee best version in her restaurant but this is my little rendition :)
Ingredients
  • 1 fluffy slice of sourdough bread
  • 1 large ripe hass avocado
  • 1/8 teaspoon asafotida
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime (squeezed)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • Topping
  • 1 small watermelon (radish sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon nigella seeds
  • sprinkle of micro greens
  • if you feel fancy a drizzle of cashew sour cream
Instructions
  1. Toast your sourdough
  2. Add the avocado,asafotida, CCF powder, lime, salt and olive oil into a bowl and smash with a fork
  3. Thinly slice your radish
  4. Scoop the smashed avocado onto your bread, if you feel fancy add a little cashew sour cream then top with your radish, microgreens and nigella seeds
  5. ♡ Sprinkle a little love, say a little prayer, and nourish yourself! ❤️
Note
if you don't have CCF powder you can use cumin and coriander powder.
