Ingredients
  • 4 rice cakes
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 protein powder (scoop)
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
  1. soak the rice cakes in coffee for 30 seconds each

  2. mix together vanilla yogurt & protein powder until completely combined

  3. layer rice cakes and protein yogurt mix

  4. dust the cocoa powder on top

  5. drizzle maple syrup over top
