Raisin, Apple, & Carrot Sandwich

Ok ok ok, I know this looks like a pretty weird combo, but the question is DO YOU TRUST ME ROSE? (enter TITANIC reference). NO, BUT REALLY do you trust me!!!! This is a bit of a British combo for a sandwich. My mum used to make it for me and its soooo yummy, especially for a summer picnic (in your garden)!
I wrapped these sandwiches in some parchment paper and tied them with a cute ribbon. I added some fresh fruit and flavored sparkling water. This made for the perfect date picnic with my husband, Jay Shetty. I am all about transforming a simple meal into a memorable experience

Add walnuts into your cream cheese and mix.

Spread the cream cheese mix on both sides of the sandwich. Add a layer of mint, apple, and carrot.Sandwich complete...so Bon Appetite!
