Orange Cardamom Biscotti
Description
Diwali treats Special 3 of 3!! Nankathai is basically an Indian cookie. I REALLLY love these cookies especially with the orange almond twist...sooooo tasty. I also gave you two options ( that i discovered by chance) a chewy cookie and a biscotti style, all just with the change of butter quantities, i recommend you make a batch of both..they really taste and feel like completely different cookies!
