So I've never been to IN N OUT but when I moved to LA I kept hearing about this sauce! It can be used as a burger sauce, a dip, a dressing, or a marinade!

Ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup ketchup
1 cup vegan mayo
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon jalapeño/pickle juice
¹⁄₂ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
¹⁄₄ cup Gherkins/ dill pickles (chopped (optional))

Instructions

In a medium-size bowl, whisk together all the ingredients ( sometimes the measurements may need to be adjusted depending on which mayo and ketchup you are using)
Use right away or store in airtight jar/container for 1 week.
