Ingredients
  • 1 cup tricolored quinoa (cooked)
  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil (or sunflower oil or vegan butter)
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (depending on salt preference)
Instructions
  1. Add oil to the pan and heat.
  2. Add the curry leaves and sautè,
  3. Add in the cooked quinoa and salt
  4. Stir and heat on medium flame for 2-3 minutes
  5. ♡ Sprinkle some joy, say a prayer of gratitude and serve with love
