Description

This cream is a little thicker than the cashew cream. I like this if I want to make a scoop of cream for a dish rather than a drizzle..it feels a little fluffier because of the coconut cream!

Ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup coconut cream
¹⁄₂ cup soaked cashews (overnight or at least 1 hour in boiling water)
¹⁄₈ cup maple syrup
¹⁄₄ teaspoon vanilla extract or powder

Instructions

Drain and rinse the cashews and add them into a high speed blender along with the rest of the ingredients, blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge. It will thicken up as it cools down
