Beet, Carrot & Fennel Matchstick Slaw
Description
Basically autumn is my favorite season and so this is a recipe to celebrate us coming into this new season :)! The colors and ingredients TOTALLY remind me of Autumn leaves, also these are all autumn seasonal ingredients :)! I use a special grater to create the matchstick shape, it's different from a grater and I really love having the utensil, it makes a salad look a little more special and it's not a pricey gadget either!

The Magic

Add all salad ingredients to a bowl and mix

Add all dressing ingredients to a jar and give it a good shake

Pour dressing over salad and mix
