Description
When herbs become friends magic occurs...EXHIBIT A...Parsley, Mint & Corriander. So much goodness in one little chutney. Herbs are purifying and cleansing. I don't think a day goes by without me having some sort of fresh herb in my meals..so much flavor and depth added to dishes with fresh and dried herbs...oh herbies i love you.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 3/4 cups parsley
  • 1/4 cup mint
  • 3-5 curry leaves (fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon jaggery or brown sugar
  • Thumb sized piece of ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh green chilli (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 teaspoon pink salt
  • 1/8 cup water
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth
  2. Store in an airtight jar and use within 2 -3 days
